Who’s it for and what do you want to achieve?

When I walk I get my exercise so I’m practicing self-care, I get my time for me and I use the time to plan. I also find it a time of great creativity and for ideas development and often thoughts develop from no-where. So today’s vlog was inspired by thoughts about my blogging workshop when I was on my walk.

Would love it if you were to share and in doing such I know that you’d inspire me and others.
