“Monday mornings will never be the same again. My 7am coaching call with Heather was a positively energising way to start the week. My weekly sessions with Heather and her warm and friendly approach made the 45 minute session just whiz by. Heather really helped me keep focused on my agenda, politely interrupting me when I got lost in the story.
As a trainee coach, I was keen to have my own coach to help me look at how I could start my own practice. Heather is very intuitive and quickly picked up on my issue around clutter in my life. Encouraging me to look around my room, I became aware of the loose papers, files and books that had formed a huge pile on my living room floor! Heather saw me needing a clear space to work, and suggested that I create an action plan.
